The skills and experience of our team are matched to the care needs of each individual service user, we aim to communicate effectively with each service user using the individual’s preferred method of communication.
Through our quality assurance policy and procedure we ensure that we are able to sustain all packages of care to the individual requirements of our service users, this may require further training or alternative care provision, Starcare Ltd will ensure that all staff involved in a care package are suitably trained for maximum benefit to our service users.
Staff, individually and collectively have the skills and experience to deliver the services and care which is stated in our provided information material. We encourage all team members to continually up-date their knowledge and skills by progressing through our first class training academey.
Starcare Ltd is committed to providing highly trained staff to all of its service users. An example of training that all staff will undertake completion of a Pre induction Unit prior to attending the Induction programme which then progresses to training which includes:
