We have narrowed our carer roles into three sections, Suport Worker, Practical Support Worker and Specialised Support Worker (to find out more about the varied roles within Starcare Ltd please clcik on the "Jobs" link on the table to the left.)  With or without training and experience we can provide all new employees with the knowledge, skills and support to become efficent and effective members of the team.

The main element requested of all team members is a genuine wish to care for others, this means being sensitive to service user needs and maintaing their independence and dignity throughout their time with Starcare Ltd.  We also require flexible and reliable people to give a continuous high standard of care to our service users.
