The Role: as a home care support worker you will be required to travel to our service user’s homes to provide bespoke care that cover our client’s individual needs. You will be working with vulnerable adults to help them lead an independent lifestyle.
Duties consist of personal care, assistance with daily living tasks, social support, maintaining and promoting dignity and independence and well-being at all times
Desired Skills and Experience – previous experience within the care setting is preferable, but many carers join us without care experience. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous. You will need the ability to use your initiative and on occasion work under pressure, should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to deliver high standards of work
