Bonus Scheme for Care Staff
A new non contractual bonus scheme has been introduced for care staff. This will be paid to eligible care staff who predominately deliver care during 2022. This is a Company non contractual bonus scheme.
To qualify for the bonus staff must be employed at the start and the end of a four-month reference period and will be based on an average of hours worked.
The bonus scheme payments are illustrated below:
