Great opportunity at Starcare for a quality and safeguarding professional to join the team based in Chester.

Starcare is one of the leading domiciliary care providers in the North West with ambitious plans for future growth. To support these plans, we want to recruit two exceptional people with a passion for quality and safeguarding to drive this work across the business.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised Care and Safeguarding qualifications at Level 4 (or equivalent) with at previous experience of quality, audit and safeguarding in a health or care setting. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence and engage with employees, managers and stakeholders to drive best practice.

Highly methodical, organised with a detailed approach to your work, you will also be experienced in audit methodology. Strong data analysis skills are essential together with a pro-active, flexible and solution focused approach.

This position is based in Chester and you will be required to travel to our offices in Merseyside and Cheshire.
